Finance Manager

Our client is a well established multinational FMCG business in South Hertfordshire. One of the fastest growing companies of it's kind, they have built up a strong industry reputation over many years and are currently embarking on a strategic program across the group to tighten controls and increase business output.

Highly entrepreneurial, this multi-million turnover business require a Finance Manager/ Controller to become a key decision maker and contribute to strategic initiatives, challenge and improve decision making and develop management information, reporting, analysis and controls across the regions.

The role will support the business in all aspects of financial reporting and accounting matters and will include the supervision of a part qualified accountant, business partnering of core finance and operations and ad-hoc projects. The client requires a qualified accountant from an FMCG background with some post qualified experience ideally gained within a growing corporate business with an entrepreneurial flair. Experience of working in a private equity whilst not essential would hold a slight advantage but the business are willing to consider those from the sector who want exposure to PE but have limited or no experience.
