Remote - 1 day per week onsite

Investigo are pleased to be supporting a large European organisation with their search for an accomplished Finance PMO Consultant. You will be working directly with the Senior Leadership team coordinating across the Finance business plan, ensuring appropriate governance and measures of success are in place. The purpose of this role is to maximise the effectiveness of the programme by coordinating the key priorities within the Finance team.

Scope of work:

• Lead the process of developing annual priorities, setting of key initiatives and goals
• Identify risks to delivery of the finance portfolio
• Develop the Finance portfolio roadmap and implementation of controls
• Support sourcing of roles where required and facilitate resource prioritisation in line with the functional plan to enable forward planning of key resources
• Manage the portfolio of the function, managing their interdependencies, resourcing and any proposed changes which may affect project priorities
• Proactively monitor progress, resolve issues and manage risks
• Agree a two year prioritised plan for the function and support the communication of the plan at regular intervals to the function
