The role of Finance projects manager will be required to demonstrate the ability to do the following:
- Look to take current processes and convert into a slicker S&OP process to incorporating sales, units, stock flow and operational/labour planning.
- Work with finance and business teams to simplify existing processes and models, to streamline and make as easy to update as possible. In some cases this will be a full redesign.
- Strong at excel modelling, process mapping/redesigning and also good with partnering the business to understand the requirements
- Be able to adapt to different projects as required by the business
