Investigo are pleased to be supporting a global organisation with their search for a FSSC Transformation Lead. This role will play an instrumental role in the organisations transformation journey. The lead will primarily be responsible and accountable for the Global Process Owner function (R2R, P2P and O2C) as well as the delivery of the finance transformation project.

The Finance transformation team is responsible for embedding local entity finance processes within the global Finance shared service centre (FSSC) function, ensuring standardisation of procedures were possible.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to help the FSSC transformation project including transitioning legal entities to the FSSC and reviewing other initiatives
• Help drive, support, and collaborate with team members to help the FSSC transformation project including transitioning legal entities to the FSSC and reviewing other initiatives
• Provides content & data as part of the authoring and rolling out of relevant finance operational policies to support the Finance control framework
• Working closely with the various Internal Control and audit functions to define and implement the mitigation plans across the Operational finance teams & Embedded Finance
• Support with assessing and providing R2R, P2P and O2C content and data to design end-to-end processes collaboratively with other key functions (procurement, commercial, supply chain, etc.)
• Assist the Senior Directors with key business projects relating to the FSSC.
• Conduct a deep dive on current finance processes, and set a path to a more effective, standardised approaches.
• Support and/or represent the Finance GPO team in key SteerCo meetings
• Document the sign offs / decisions on behalf of Finance for the cross functions scope boundaries and ways of working
