Finance Systems Analyst

Investigo are currently working with an established Energy business who are looking to recruit a Finance Systems Analyst within their Finance team. This role is based in Chiswick, West London.

This is an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join a high-growth next generation utility business.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining the health of the business financial systems
• Designing, testing and implementing new solutions, processes and systems enhancements
• Identification of the system issues and generation of reports based on findings through to resolution
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation of business processes
• Manage technical requirements and set up financial systems to maintain backups, updates and develop improvements
• Financial reporting - accruals, journals, P&L, budgeting and forecasting
• Involvement with project and stakeholders, presenting reports across multiple geographies and time zones
• Resolve day to day issues with financial related systems

Candidate Requirements

• Strong communication skills and a business standard of English
• Experience in SQL
• Project experience
• Previous experience working in finance and non-finance stakeholders
• Capability to quickly assimilate business requirements, articulate current and future state, and lead users and stakeholders on solution design
• Experience in a high transaction business environment is advantageous
• ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualification
