Investigo are pleased to be supporting a large global organisation with their search for an interim consultant to support with their large Finance Transformation. You'll be using your communication skills to work between key stakeholders, team members, external partners to help to ensure the delivery of the project roadmap and its deliverables.

To be successful candidates will need to have experience in global deployment and project management, specifically in implementing R2R processes, people and system changes.
Duties and responsibilities:

• Supports the Deployment Lead & Change Manager to assist in the successful delivery of Europe regional deployment to all locations/markets including business and technical components of system change
• Hands on Support Role to assist in key project deliverables & milestones
• Helps to establishes relationships with regional business stakeholders to ensure their understanding and commitment to the project objectives, sourcing Super Users to support deployment
• Governance of change impact request and preparation of documentation for change control boards
• Consolidation of updates from project leads to business readiness criteria check lists
• Managing the Business Readiness locally
• Managing the Cutover
• Help to drive decisions & recording of outcomes relating to change actions
• End user training activities including the administration of invitations, facilitation of training sessions, capturing outputs from training sessions & general administration
• Helps to track progress of change actions
