Finance Transformation Workstream Lead - NetSuite
£550 - £650 per day OUTSIDE IR35
Bristol (1-3 days per week)
6-9 months initially

Investigo are pleased to be supporting a national client with their search for a Finance Transformation Lead to support their NetSuite implementation. The selected consultant will form part of a joint client and project team that will include project management, governance and client Finance staff working together on a suite of initiatives.

Scope of work:

• Ownership of the workstream plan, managing and reporting progress against plan, escalating issues in accordance with the overall governance set by the Programme Manager
• Support with the implantation of best practice processes across R2R, O2C & P2P
• Understand, document and maintain the current finance systems landscape and architecture, the financial data flows between suppliers/the client/customers
• Assessment of how NetSuite has been implemented, offering opportunities to to simplify, remove unnecessary configurations
• Prioritise the resolution of immediate actions to stabilise Finance, including transactional data flows, data quality, mapping tables and integrations
• Advise on the system related impacts
• Testing the new configuration of NetSuite
• Helping redefine the related finance systems roles and responsibilities
• Updating the client's finance systems documentation as changes are implemented, communicating changes to key stakeholders
