Investigo are currently supporting a Milton Keynes based Healthcare Client with their recruitment of a Part Qualified Financial Accountant, on a permanent basis.
The Financial Accountant will be responsible for the following duties:
Responsible for the fixed asset register, including processing any additions and disposals on time and quality.
Preparation of monthly inventory reports, highlighting key changes and monitoring of moving average prices where necessary.
Produce/review balance sheet reconciliations including fixed assets, inventory and IFRS16.
Support the month end process through delivery of allocated transactions and processes.
Assist the Company Accountant with the preparation of the VAT, intrastat reporting and Corporation Tax.
Preparation of key schedules to deliver the statutory audit and assist with the preparation of the annual accounts.
Assist and prepare documentation and overviews to meet the requirements of Group Reporting.
Provide timely and robust financial analysis and management insight.
Design, review and implement process improvements.
Ensure internal controls and systems are effective and efficient, reviewing current systems to identify opportunities for continual improvement.
The support and delivery of key areas such as cashflow maintenance, VAT etc and financial reporting to Group.
The successful Candidate will be a Part Qualified studier with strong financial accounting experience. They will have an inquisitive mindset, and be continuously challenging processes and ways of working.
