About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Transformation Business Analyst to lead their migration from the Old system to Cloud ERP. This critical role will drive the automation of Accounts Payable processes during the RFP stage and system implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead workshops with finance teams and senior stakeholders to gather requirements
Conduct a comprehensive 'AS-IS' process analysis of current ERP workflows
Design and document 'TO-BE' processes optimized for Cloud ERP
Create detailed future state documentation aligned with automation objectives
Support the RFP process with detailed business requirements and vendor evaluation
Focus on Accounts Payable process automation and efficiency improvements
Present findings and recommendations to project steering committees

Essential Requirements

5+ years of Business Analyst experience in finance transformation projects
Proven track record with ERP implementations, preferably modern cloud-based platforms
Strong background in AP, P2P, and R2R processes
Experience with mid-tier ERP systems
Expert-level 'AS-IS'/'TO-BE' process analysis and documentation skills
Proven ability to lead workshops and facilitate stakeholder engagement
