Financial Controller

Investigo are exclusively partnering a UK based Multi-site high growth business to recruit a Financial Controller. You will be responsible for a direct team of three managers and play a pivotal role in supporting the Finance Director in running the overall finance team.

This role is ideal for someone either already in a Financial Controller role and enjoys being in a hands on position, or currently looking for a step up. Due to the culture of the team, you need to be full of energy and able to support and influence at all levels.

We are looking for the following:

• Qualified Accountant ACA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA
• Proven ability to produce monthly management accounts, annual statutory accounts and board level information
• Pro-active problem solver who is willing to get stuck in and improve processes
• Ownership of the company's financial accounting and payroll packages
• Confident in coaching team members
• Desire to work for a fast growing, entrepreneurial business
• Highly organised and an excellent planner
• Ability to communicate well across the business and with finance team members
