Financial Reporting Manager (Outside IR35)

Investigo is currently partnered with a global tech business who are looking to IPO in the United States. In order to do so the business is looking to hire a 6 month contractor (Outside IR35) paying c. 400pd depending on experience to lead the IFRS - US GAAP conversion project. Therefore experience in this area will be highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the conversion from IFRS - US GAAP
• Act as point of contact and 'Subject Matter Expert' in the conversion process. Liaising with senior heads of department on potential impacts and procedure changes moving forward
• Assist with ad-hoc projects lead by the Group Finance Controller

Background

• Experience with US GAAP is essential. Knowledge of SOX would be preferential
• Driven, dynamic and able to work independently to tight deadlines
• Available within 1-2 weeks notice
