Financial Reporting Manager - US Business

Investigo is currently partnered with a USA Headquartered Technology business that operates globally. The UK finance team is searching for a Group Reporting Manager to join on a contract basis initially, with the possibility of moving into a permanent role. Going from strength to strength the business has over 10,000 employees and is constantly expanding across markets.

Please note, due to the nature of being a US business experience with US GAAP is essential to the successful candidate. Responsibilities in the role will include:

• Preparation of UK entities accounts under local IFRS reporting and US GAAP standards
• Ensure financial controls are compliant with Sarbans Oxley (SOX) specifications
• Provide leadership, assist with ad hoc projects and work collaboratively with other teams across the wider group

Background / Experience:

• Preparation of financial accounts under US GAAP
• Previously managed at least 1 direct report
• Experience with IFRS16 / leasing standards would be an added bonus
