Fleet Administrator

Temp to perm

Enfield- Office Based

£30,000 per annum

This role is key to ensuring all vehicles are purchased, maintained, and operated in line with legal, statutory, and company standards, contributing to the efficient running of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and regularly update the fleet database, including vehicle status, location, and condition.
  • Review and approve branch-level vehicle-related expenditures.
  • Ensure vehicles are professionally presented and maintained in accordance with servicing and tyre replacement schedules.
  • Manage vehicle tracking systems and ensure accurate usage monitoring.
  • Oversee end-to-end accident management processes, including incident tracking, resolution follow-up, and reporting.
  • Administer fleet insurance, including claims management and compliance reporting.
  • Monitor and manage MOT and tax renewal reminders.
  • Coordinate regular driver licence checks for compliance.
  • Support the procurement and disposal of fleet vehicles to optimize costs and operational needs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal and external fleet-related queries.
