What You'll Be Doing:

• Financial Planning & Analysis: Drive the budgeting and forecasting processes across the business
• Commercial Finance Business Partnering: Work closely with operational teams to provide commercial insight and support strategic decision-making
• Management Reporting: Produce high-quality management information and variance analysis
• Process Improvement: Help streamline and enhance existing finance processes as the business scales

What We're Looking For:

• Commercial finance experience with exposure to FP&A activities
• Proven experience in finance business partnering
• Strong budgeting and forecasting capabilities
• Excellent analytical and communication skills
• Ambition to progress and take on increased responsibility
• Must be commutable to Banbury - this is essential
