FP&A Business Partner

We are currently seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst / Business Partner to help drive financial performance for a market leading business in South Buckinghamshire. Working with a dynamic team at the forefront of commercial decision making, the business have a recognisable brand that are experiencing an exciting time of growth following a number of key acquisitions.

The role of Senior FP&A Analyst/ Business Partner will support improvements to the company's commercial network and aid delivery of key business objectives. As qualified accountant you will be required to support head office and divisional sites in detailed financial analysis / business partnering and influence crucial business line decisions.

Working with a diverse stakeholder group, the role will ensure that key accounting and reporting are delivered alongside accurate budget & forecasting and strategic planning. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance driving and supporting key relationships across a number of operational teams, you will be required to have a forward thinking mind-set and a sound ability to balance the expectations of internal and external stakeholders.

The business are seeking to identify a qualified analyst (ACA, CIMA, ACCA or equivalent) with post qualified experience and previous experience of a business facing, highly analytical role. Personality is key and the business require energetic, highly motivated individuals with a customer focus who are quick to identify areas of improvement and proactively drive change.
