FP&A Manager

Investigo are delighted to be partnering with a Northamptonshire based FMCG who are looking to recruit an FP&A Manager, on a permanent basis.
Working as part of the commercial finance team, the role will focus on business partnering and improving decision making across the business.

Duties will include:
Supporting stakeholders within the business to enable informed decision making
Supporting the improvement of the business model
Creating analytical tools to assist business leaders to understand how the business is performing
Understanding the production cost base, the variables and how to drive efficiencies
Continuing to build a high performing team who our highly valued by the business
Ad hoc finance projects

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with an impressive academic record and proven career progression to date. Commercially aware, you will demonstrate business partnering skills and the ability to influence stakeholders across the business. You will be a team player with the desire and ability to lead and develop a high performing team.
