Responsibilities:

• Support the preparation of the budget, forecasts and the corporate plan covering the P&L and other KPIs for the business
• Accountable for the production of periodic management accounts
• Work closely with Finance teams to establish consistency and develop best practice
• Produce accurate and timely management reporting information
• Manage channel reporting, analysis and insight to help the business understand which channels are driving growth
• Perform analysis and financial evaluation of different financial performance scenarios
• Support the Group team on the financial reporting process
• Manage the production of a high quality internal and external financial / business review
• Accountable for cross-referencing and producing accurate documentation in all areas
• Perform a high standard of ad hoc analysis supporting the Directors and Heads of Finance.

About you:

• Professional Accounting Qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
• Post-qualification experience in a similar financial planning/partnering role (Retail industry advantageous)
• Effective communicator with senior stakeholders, including audiences of varying financial and commercial acumen
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on driving excellent financial and commercial performance
• Experience of maintaining strong financial controls
• Strong analytical skills - ability to focus on the key issues
• Advanced excel modelling skills
