Investigo are delighted to partnering with a Tech based travel company in their search for an FP&A Reporting Manager. Clearly the pandemic has hit the travel industry, however after 18 months of disruption and successful vaccination programmes across Europe, it has carved the path for travel to rebound well and is positioned to take advantage of this. The company has also continued to develop a market leading ecommerce platform which will continue to grab market share.

The role:

Responsible for delivering a best-in-class FP&A platform, including the Group's reporting requirements to EMT/SMT and Board. This role has arisen from a change in structure, splitting key reporting activities and their associated system development, controls and processes from Commercial Finance Business Partnering. In response to our growth and scale, alongside maturing as a business, we have onboarded Anaplan, our planning and reporting tool. This role will become a super user of this system (training will be provided) and ensure delivery of an integrated and seamless budget/forecast and reporting process, which is of high quality, robust and scalable.
It is critical for the successful candidate to thrive in hitting deadlines, continuously improve processes, understand systems and how to leverage them to automate, scale and enhance interaction of financial data and KPIs across Finance and the wider business.

Skills + Experience:

  • Qualified Accountant
  • Proven experience of delivering process improvements utilising systems to automate in a robust and scalable manner
  • Proven experience of delivering Board and EMT/SMT quality presentations in a clear and compelling manner
  • Extremely diligent and delivers on time and gets things right first time
  • A very technical and astute individual but capable of seeing the bigger picture and spotting inconsistencies
  • Organised, task focused and will go the extra mile to get things done
  • Strong systems and IT skills covering G-suite (G-Sheets, G-slides), MS Excel, Anaplan (desirable), Looker (desirable), SQL (desirable), Sun (desirable)
