Fund Controller

Job Title: Fund Controller - Real Estate

Location: Central London (hybrid with 2-3 days in the office)

Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 (flexible)

A high-growth Real Estate company with impressive offices in Central London, are currently expanding their Finance department and hiring for a Qualified Finance Manager to work on a growing Pan European Fund, this role will be part of the Fund Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing financial reporting and owning fund accounting
• Investor reporting
• Lead on training the team on accounting standards
• Lead year-end reporting as well as review of month-end packs
• Quarterly consolidations across the portfolios
• Cash & liquidity management
• Prepare deal closing packs
• Support junior team members and work closely with the Finance Director to improve reporting across finance
• Work closely with the Finance Director on acquisitions and disposals

What You'll Bring

• ACA Qualified
• Experience working within fund accounting, ideally Real Estate
• Experience in managing transactions
• Confident presenting and communicating to external and internal stakeholders
