German Speaking Accounts Payable Clerk

Investigo have partnered with a well-established business based in Hemel Hempstead to recruit for a German speaking accounts payable clerk on a full time, permanent basis. The role is paying between £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience. You must be fluent German & have experience with working in a similar Accounts payable position to be considered for this role.

The Role:-

• Dealing with suppliers and resolving any queries
• Bank Reconciliations
• Setting up new supplier accounts
• Allocation of Supplier Payments
• Keeping supplier Statement reconciliation's & all information is up to date
• Processing and reconciling the Monthly Company Credit Cards
• Processing weekly pay-runs including expenses
• Reviewing aged creditors and investigating any debit balances
• Various other ad-hoc project work as required

The Ideal Candidate:-

• Fluent in German
• Previous experience working within a similar accounts payable role
• Oracle system experience
• Be driven by a strong work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Ability to work in an organised manner and prioritise tasks effectively to meet deadlines
• Excellent numeric and literacy skills
• Excellent IT skills with excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel
