Global Change Manager - £50-60,000 + 30% bonus - Fully remote if required
Our client is a leading international Consumer business. Their newly formed Transformation Office is looking for a Global Change Manager to play a key part in developing a change management Centre of Excellence and embedding their global data transformation programme.
This is a brand new team building core change management practice/frameworks for the UK & EMEA. You will play an integral part and help to ensure that their transformation goals are met.
Reporting into the Head of Change, you should be comfortable in applying change management frameworks to IT based transformation programmes ensuring projects are fully adopted/embedded by the organisation and the business and people objectives are met.
The Global Change Manager must demonstrate several core skills when delivering at pace - ability to work autonomously, be comfortable working with a global team, have an ability to communicate with a variety of stakeholders at all levels, good facilitation skills, have a competent understanding of change management methods and practices and a strong attention to detail with proven skills in prioritisation and organisational skills.
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following experience:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Change Management and working in Project environment (ideally a technology/data based transformation)
- Strong communication skills
- Strong presentation skills
- Stakeholder management
- Comfortable working with a team across UK & EMEA - some travel to Europe is required
