Group Finance Manager - Private Equity Technology

Investigo are exclusively partnering a high growth, private equity backed technology company, to recruit a recently qualified Group Finance Manager. The company is award winning and plans to triple in size by 2026.

This role would be ideal for someone straight from a top 20 accountancy practice, where they can gain experience in managing a small team, financial reporting and exposure to private equity investors.

The Group Finance Manager will report into the Head of Finance (HoF) and then ultimately the Finance Director (FD) who both have a wealth of experience and a supportive and practical approach. Working with the HoF and FD, the Group Finance Manager will play a key part in shaping all aspects of the finance department and working closely with other business stakeholders to provide support, narrative and advice.

This role has 3 direct reports who will support with the processing of day-to-day transactions; however, the Group Finance Manager is expected to be hands on where required, especially in more complex areas, supported by the HoF and FD as needed required.

• Qualified ACA or ACCA from a top 20 practice
• Someone who is looking to gain experience in industry both technically and having exposure to managing a small team.
