Investigo is working closely with a successful retail business based in the East Midlands who are going through a period of positive transformation and are looking to recruit a permanent Head of HR Shared Services.

Reporting to the HR Director, my client is looking for an experienced Head of HR/People Services/Shared Services (including Payroll) & Systems. Leading People Services transition to adapt to the new culture and values and towards a new operating model, and working and support on the implementation of the new HRIS for the People Services.

Responsible for day to day operations of the business' People Services, including:

• Employee Relations
• HR admin
• Payroll
• Benefits
• Pension
• Reporting
• Furlough management

Supporting with project progression for People Services Transformation, and ensuring all colleagues have a great employment experience.
