Head of Commercial Finance

Investigo are pleased to be supporting a recognisable consumer brand based in Reading. Due to exceptional growth and performance, this organisation are looking to recruit a Head of Commercial Finance. Ideally, they will be looking to recruit someone able to demonstrate previous commercial experience, gained within a retail or consumer business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing key financial insight and commercial support to the wider group
• Own the brand development roadmap from a finance perspective to ensure there is a clear view of planned medium and longer term commitments, with accompanying milestones and financial metrics
• Represent the brand finance team at central group level
• Ensure accurate treatment of development
• Own the process of ensuring market accountability by recharge of market specific development spend
• Ensure regular balance sheet reviews, adequate provisioning and perform regular impairment reporting
• Complete post investment reviews and report back on the post development performance of key projects
• Build and develop a 'best in class' forward thinking finance team with considerable value add
