Supporting a small but well established commercial team and working closely with customers, 3rd party suppliers and key operational heads the role will suit a post qualified manager, capable of taking both a hand on and holistic approach to driving insight and business partnering.

Responsibilities will include but not be restricted to the following:-

• Taking ownership for commercial finance activities including the support of key brands
• Supporting individual site and brand P&L's, helping to support their commercial strategy
• Business partnering finance and operational stakeholders across all levels, looking at challenging best practice and offering support when required.
• Acting as a key member of board meetings and presenting key financial data to assist with decision making.
• Financial & Commercial Reporting as well as the management of commercial accounting with a focus on the end customer.
• Supporting, mentoring and improving a small finance team of commercial business partners and analysts.
• Acting as a true business partner to the board including CFO, COO and Divisional Directors.
• Supporting the development and improvement of processes, best practice and delivery of key projects when required.
