Calling Heads of Engineering: Are you looking for a new challenge in a quickly expanding firm?

This is an exciting opportunity to truly make a difference to the current landscape in this business, spearheading the move to a more product based approach, promoting a culture of continuous innovation and in-sourcing some of the capabilities.

Alongside this, you will be excited by the opportunity to strengthen the engineering capability, growing your own team and overseeing the entire software development life-cycle.

You will ideally have a .Net and Azure background and be able to simultaneously interrogate the work of developers while maintaining a birds eye view of the entire landscape.

Location: Surrey/Remote (1x per week in office)

Salary Circa £100 - 110k base
