Key Responsibilities

• Leading the end-to-end planning cycle: annual budgeting, reforecasts, and long-range planning.
• Delivering insightful financial analysis to drive performance and enable commercial decision-making.
• Business partnering with senior leaders to challenge assumptions, identify risks & opportunities, and support strategic initiatives.
• Building dynamic financial models and dashboards to provide proactive and accurate financial analysis which enhances the visibility and decision support.
• Owning and evolving monthly board packs.
• Driving process improvements and embedding a culture of continuous financial performance management

• Qualified Accountant: Fully qualified accountant (ACMA, ACA, or ACCA) with over 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
