Following a positive restructure the business are seeking to recruit a Head of FP&A for a newly created, pivotal role in their division. Reporting into the Finance Director and supporting a small FP&A team, the CTO, COO and key business heads, this is a unique and unrivalled opportunity to take the next step in your career. You will be joining a true sector leader with double digit year on year growth who are dedicated to investing in their people and helping them to excel.

The role of Head of FP&A is a new created position and a key hire. With a number of campaigns on the horizon and future M&A activity a key focus, the role has been designed to drive, influence and improve all activity across their Financial Planning and reporting division. You will act as the subject matter expert in systems and process improvement, you will oversee the analysis and insight for the division, telling the story and providing commercial/ strategic recommendations as well as general finance support. You will be identifying opportunities to challenge the status quo and supporting corporate development activities as time goes on. You will develop and manage relationships across all business levels to maximise revenue, manage and improve cashflow, influence and impact effective financial strategies and maintain a healthy financial position.

The role requires forward thinking, adaptable individuals with a strong FP&A /Commercial grounding (ACA/ ACCA/ CIMA) and post qualified experience gained ideally in an SME, PE or fast growth business. Experience and knowledge of working within a SaaS business or the IT, Digital or Tech sector would be desirable but is by no means a pre-requisite. You will be a positive finance leader, able to grasp new methodologies, see the bigger picture and be able to juggle multiple challenges/ projects at any one time. You will have a focus on accuracy, a high attention to detail and a hands-on approach to positively supporting, developing and improving all those around you.
