Head of FP&A - Subscriptions

Investigo is partnered with a high growth subscriptions business within the Media and Entertainment space to hire a Head of FP&A into the team. This is a newly created role within the team to support the strategic growth of the subscription business with equal parts of core FP&A and Business Partnering. The role has 2 direct reports which support in the day to day responsibilities for the entities, your role will be to provide detailed analysis / projections to support strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Management and review of consolidated budgets & forecasts for various divisions.
• Business partner with Business Leaders to provide insight into ongoing projects, including business management, ad-hoc analysis, business planning and execution, providing challenge and support.
• Understanding the value drivers of the business and provide guidance on contract/product pricing, recommendations on contribution/margin optimisation, ROI, scenario planning and KPI analysis
• Prepare monthly business reviews and share insight on business and financial performance in areas such as growth rate, margin impact, cost leverage and investments etc
• Provide clear explanation and analysis of variations from forecast/budget, comparative monthly, quarterly and annual performance, to identify opportunities and risks to achieve the growth and profitability targets.
• Support and execute finance strategy for the brands and products

The ideal candidate will be fully qualified ACCA, ACA or CIMA with 5 + years PQE. You will need to have worked in a Subscriptions based business with previous experience working in a large Technology or Media business. Someone with strong business partnering skills that is confident dealing with MD's and C-Suite leaders at divisional and Group Level.
