Head of HR

Investigo is pleased to be retained by a fast growth SME brand in the recruitment for the UK Head of HR to be based Essex.

This role will work a hybrid pattern of 3 days in the office and 2 days at home.

Reporting to the CEO, this role will have full accountability all HR activities for a workforce of c.200 employees.

As the Head of HR, you will be responsible providing HR support across a diverse client group, managing the full employee life-cycle.

The role is supported by a HR Assistant.

A true Generalist role, the key components to this role will include:

• Employee Relations
• Management Development
• Employee Engagement
• Recruitment
• Employee Succession & Development
• HR Administration/Policy Development

Given the 360 accountability for the role, you will need to be comfortable with top to bottom operational HR.

We are looking for a proven Head of HR/HR Director who has worked within SME environments.

You will be a strong HR Operator.
