Head of HR

We are partnering a growing Pharmaceutical business in the recruitment for a stand-alone Head of HR to be based In Oxfordshire.

Reporting to the CEO, this role will partner with the Board in Leading HR best practice.

A truly exciting opportunity, this is a newly created role to take ownership of the People agenda to facilitate the business's global growth agenda.

A "greenfield" role, you will work with the SLT to create and embed the HR Strategy.
