Reporting to: People Director

Location: Central London (2 days on site, 3 days remote)

Investigo are proud to be partnering with Médecins Sans Frontières UK on the recruitment of three new opportunities within their redesigned People directorate.

HR is one of the functions which enables the organisation to fulfil its vital mission all over the world. The Head of People Services role provides you with the opportunity to support this mission through your everyday work and form part of a changing People function aiming for excellence.

Context

As a key member of the senior People team, the Head of People Services will lead on operational HR across the employee lifecycle, ensuring high standards and accuracy are paramount and building the reputation of the HR team with internal stakeholders.

Managing a team of 6, you will ensure HR operational service delivery is high and deliver efficient recruitment, onboarding and payroll for colleagues. You will have oversight of HR systems and reporting, leading on the production of MI and ensuring this data aids decision-making at a senior level.

To succeed in this role you will be adept at developing HR Operations and implementing new processes aimed at meeting customer needs. You will have the ability to motivate a high-performing team and use your project management skills to deliver change.

Your use of data will be you to build credibility and trust with senior stakeholders to roll out key initiatives, while you will also have an excellent understanding of ER and UK legislation.
