£60k-£65k - Central London

This is a unique opportunity for a creative and innovative Head of People to work directly with an inspirational Founder on growing his business.

They have a fantastic team and culture which celebrates collaboration and passion. They now need a true champion of culture and engagement, who will embed values and help build an engaging people strategy, helping to attract, challenge and motivate their people.

We are looking for someone passionate about building incredible teams, and working in fast-growth environments.

We are looking for:

• Leadership experience, formulating a people strategy
• Set up of policies and processes, behaviours and values, L&D, compensation & benefits
• Strong Business Partner, providing guidance on ER cases and how to get the best out of their teams
• Work on the company engagement strategy, and come up with creative ideas on how to challenge and motivate the people in the business
• Line manage the Talent Acquisition Partner and give guidance on building the employer brand and hiring exceptional talent
• 5 years + experience in a People role, ideally in a lead position in a similar fast-growing start-up
• Experience building a people function from scratch
• Someone personable, with a true passion for people
• A track record across culture and engagement
