Head of Product Management - Fintech, SAAS, Ecosystem, Payments technology

A market leading business, with a Global footprint, who are growing considerably are keen to recruit a Head of Product Management to develop an internal ecosystem and internal "product marketplace" approach to encourage and enable all product teams to create services that can be re-used by other lines. You'll take responsibility for owning the strategy and roadmap for this collaborative ecosystem / platform and ensuring their successful roadmap and adoption by all parts of the business, including the "contribute and consume" model with the product line teams. Key to this role is collaboration with other Heads of Product on a coordinated product transformation and innovation roadmap, including finding opportunities to surface new ways to create commercial value from product capabilities as well as creating a central collaboration approach to enable cross line product planning & product operations.

The appointed candidate will bring substantial experience of Product Management - ideally gained in a payments, fintech or financial services business. You'll be able to demonstrate experience of platform and ecosystem development and have experience of defining strategy and bringing products to market. This business is pacey and transforming so the ability to work in this kind of environment is essential.

Location: Significant flexible working, open to remote working, however they have fantastic offices in Berkshire for onsite working.
