Head of Product (Web & Apps)

Head of Product - £90,000 + 20% bonus

Our client is a pioneering international Sustainable Foods business. Their newly formed Senior Leadership team is looking for a Head of Product to play an integral part in building their Product Strategy and supporting their large transformation programmes.

This is a real greenfield opportunity to build a roadmap to support this company's aggressive growth agenda to meet its 2025 strategic objectives.

The role:

Being a part of the Senior Leadership team, you will be responsible for:

• Lead change by providing a strong voice on behalf of their customers (web & apps) when designing and implementing the Product strategy, putting their experience first.
• Building a Product Team.
• Define and deliver a Product vision that is compelling to their customers, colleagues and other stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on how they can evolve their Product to deliver the most value to their customers and the business.
• Spearhead collaborative working with the Web, App and Systems teams to help deliver the Product roadmap.

The candidate:

In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following experience:

• Experience of operating in Innovation and Scrum Product Ownership role with exposure to Web/Apps/Online/Digital
• Ideally working within a Food, Beverage, Retail based industry (not essential)
• Experience of working with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Surface level knowledge of technical principals that impact business delivery e.g. technical debt, agile and continuous delivery
• Experience of the Google suite of tools and extracting, interpreting that data to help make strategic Product decisions
• Knowledge of UX concepts such as competitor analysis, customer research and testing
