Head of Projects - London

Are you an experienced and proactive Head of Projects that can manage building fit-outs and refurbishment projects from the point of building acquisition to completion?

Do you have at least 5 year's experience working as a Project Manager or Head of Projects in the office fit out industry, with a track record of delivering projects for buildings ranging from 5,000 - 500,000 sq ft?

This is an extremely exciting opportunity for an ambitious candidate who wishes to play a key role in the business's immediate growth strategy, with a view to occupying a senior management position in the long term.

You will lead on the following elements for each project:

• Development of scope of works and specifications for all packages (including individual office fit-outs as well as full scale building refurbishment)
• Development of Project Plans & Programmes
• Sub-contractor selection and management of site
• Forecasts, budgets (ranging from £50k to £10m+) and cost tracking
• Update reports for Senior Management
• Recruitment of project administrators and assistance
