Head of Reward & HR Services

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading Global Telecoms business in the recruitment for a Head of Reward and Shared Services to be based in London.

Please note that this role will work in a hybrid model with 3 days in the office.

Reporting to the Global HR Director, this role will be accountable for leading the Reward and SSC teams (c.9 people) in the delivery of HR services across the business.

Within this role, you will develop the Reward strategy to meet the demands of a diverse workforce across the UK & Europe.

The Shared Service provide full employee lifecycle support and are based in Europe, therefore some international travel will be required.

As this is a blended role, we are looking for a proven Reward Leader who has previously had accountability for HRSSCs.

You will have managed Reward programmes, creating and implementing market leading innovative platforms.
