Head of Service Design, Insight and Policy

Overview:

Optivo Housing are looking for a new Head of Service Design, Insight and Policy to drive forward a programme of service design and lead on customer insights and policy creation.

This is a remote working role with occasional travel to Optivo sites in one of either Croydon or Sittingbourne.

This is a permanent position, salary £65k plus, depending on experience.

This will suit an individual with a background in service design in the public / third sector, with an analytical and customer service - centred approach.
