Head of Service Operations working for one of Europe's leading organisations. Investigo Executive are leading the search for a Head of Service Operations. You will lead a globally dispersed team inclusive of service operations, problem management and service transition who are responsible for delivering IT services to over 40,000 colleagues globally. This is an excellent time to join an organisation who are going through an exciting period of change and transformation.
You will hold the responsibility for the successful and efficient delivery of the organisations key ITIL operational processes. This is a role that will see you build and shape operational IT standards including incident management, problem management & change and release management for the organisation. Whilst this isn't strictly a greenfield set up it is a role where you will be reinventing the new standards and processes for the organisation, reimagining the future operating state of Service Operations.
You will be a proven leader with demonstrable experience of leading large Service Operations functions with a complex web of 3rd party vendors alongside managing a function whose IT service provision is mission critical to the successful functioning of the organisation. You will be a business leader able to utilise your Service Operations experience to translate business strategy into meaningful Operational processes. You will have a strong mix of problem solving and intuition mixed with a systematic approach to task and able to influence internally and externally to ensure the very best operational outcomes.
