Housing Software & Data Analyst
Initial 3-month contract - £450 - £500 per day (inside IR35) - 4 days remote, 1 day from London office
Our London based Housing Association client have an immediate requirement for a Housing Software & Data Analyst to join on an initial 3-month basis.
Key experience and responsibilities for the Housing Software & Data Analyst
- Experience of integration regarding asset management software, within the Housing sector
- Ability to look at asset management systems and software requirements, and make recommendations for 5 year's time
- Strong data analysis experience
- Data storage experience
- Commercial experience of BIM (building information modelling)
- Commercial experience of APEX, Keystone or Orchard (asset management software module) systems
