HR Business Partner

Investigo is pleased to be supporting a UK Facilities Management business in the recruitment for a HR Business Partner to be based in Edinburgh.

Please note that whilst this is a permanent opportunity, our client is only considering candidates who are immediately available or on a maximum of 1 months' notice.

Please also note that unfortunately we are only able consider applicants with a background in permanent employment background, those with an interim career will not be considered.

Reporting to the Divisional Head of HR, this role will work in an autonomous capacity, partnering with Operations to drive the People Agenda.

Given the autonomous nature of the role, our client is looking for a proven Business Partner who is used to facing directly into Operations.

A Generalist role, this role will be accountable for Employee Relations, Recruitment and Change Management across a diverse client group.

You background must have included commercially focused business which work at pace.

Given the stakeholders for this role, we are looking for a confident BP who is used to managing demanding clients and who is able to challenge/influence at all levels.

Whilst Edinburgh based, this role will require some travel to additional sites and therefore you must be mobile.
