HR Change Lead
£500 a day (outside of IR35)

Investigo are pleased to be working with a reputable and market leading organisation, in their search for a Talent & Development Organisational Change Lead.
This role is responsible for identifying and implementing global scale changes within the business. Development of project strategies will need to be curated, along with the drive to successfully lead the team through this transformation.
A strong leadership approach is necessary, in order to provide recommendations for the creating and implementation of suggested changes. Supporting in this development will be through the partnership of leading operations.
- A strong desire to implement sufficient change
- Global level knowledge and experience
- Confidence in communicating with external stakeholders
- Building relationships with suppliers
- Executive role in implementing training programmes across the business
- Creativity in designs - to set up for future projects
- Excellent organisational skills
