HR Manager

Investigo is partnering a growing Professional Services business with the recruitment for a HR Manager to be based in Hertfordshire.

The role has been created due to an increased demand in workload and to help drive business development.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the individual will provide Generalist support to a diverse and demanding client group.

You will be accountable for a broad number of duties including:

• Recruitment
• HR Administration
• Management of HR Policies/Procedures
• L&D

Given the size and client group within the business, Employee Relations is not a focus.
