A leading Global Tech firm is recruiting for a newly created HR Operations Manager role within their London People team. It's a hugely exciting opportunity to join an innovative business that has an entrepreneurial culture and are on a strong growth trajectory. This role is responsible for leading the HR Ops team to ensure that all employees receive a highly efficient and consistent HR service across all aspects of their employee life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partnering with the wider HR team and senior stakeholders to ensure that appropriate HR Operations framework is in place to guarantee consistency across multiple countries
• Leading and developing a growing global HR Ops team
• Tracking and monitoring of all people KPI's to improve the performance of the HR practices
• Coaching managers to ensure that they are equipped with the knowledge and skills to best utilise the HR systems and processes
• Reviewing and evolving current global HR processes, ensuring that they are streamlined, standardised and suitable to support the business across all regions
• Continuously reviewing HR policies & procedures to ensure alignment to business and legal requirements, on a global and local level
• Act as change agent to develop and implement various HR projects and programmes in order to drive the business forward

We are looking for candidates with demonstrable experience within the HR Operations function, ideally within a similar growing and fast paced technology driven environment. You will have team and process management experience across a broad spectrum of HR functions. You will be highly analytical and data focussed, experience of a global HRIS implementation would be advantageous. Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders from various areas and multiple processes at the same time. You will be adaptable and understand how to navigate ambiguity, with the ability to deliver within a fast paced, evolving environment.
