HR Shared Services Manager

Investigo is pleased to be partnering a leading UK business in he recruitment for a HR Shared Services Manager to be based in the Northamptonshire Head Office.

Please note that this role will work a hybrid pattern with 2 days per week in the office and 3 days from home.

Reporting to the HR Director, this is a newly created position and will be accountable for the development of a HR Shared Service to partner with a UK-wide business.

This is a great opportunity for someone to join a growing business and have full accountability of the creation of a new HRSSC function.

As the HRSSC Manager, you will define the function, leading a team of Advisors who will be accountable for;

• Employee Relations
• HR Administration
• HR Analytics
• Employee Query resolution
• HR Policy Management

We are looking for a proven HRSSC Manager who has led small teams supporting a national workforce.

Individuals will need to prove extensive Shared Services experience with a strong focus on Employee Relations.
