An experienced Project Manager is required for a Finance project. This PM will be managing the financial activities on a post acquisition RITC and delivery of the IFRS17 objectives, the main deliverables of this role will be:

  • Integration of 2 separate SUN general ledgers
  • Process alignment and embed within the finance teams
  • Implementation of process, data and technology requirements to ensure that this client is compliant with IFRS17 regulations ready for 2023.

Sitting within Change the PM will work closely with the Finance Team and other Finance transformation projects to deliver these key projects by the end of the year.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Day-to-day management of all project activities
  • Project reporting and governance processes (RAID, Budget etc)
  • Stakeholder management and running working and steering groups
  • Ensuring that Business stakeholders remain engaged with project deliverables.
  • Management of dependencies across other Finance, Data and Change projects

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Experience managing IFRS17 Reinsurance To Close (RITC) or other Finance and Actuarial projects is highly desirable
  • Proven track record of successful project/programme delivery
  • Effective communication and presentation skills tailored for the needs of the audience
  • Good stakeholder management skills as the role will involve working with cross functional teams people from all areas of the organisation and at all levels.
