Reporting to the Senior Infrastructure Services Analyst the role is accountable for delivering world class server services to the business including all regional operating companies and sales sites.

The role delivers ongoing operational business requirements in the following areas:

• Day to day operational performance of the server estate to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
• Changes to the server estate to meet ongoing business demands.
• Delivering continuous service improvement.
• Emergency response to critical incidents.

• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Technical experience supporting complex IT services and solutions
• Expert technical knowledge of Windows Server, Exchange, client OS, Office and Service Delivery in a domain environment.
• Experience of migrating from an on-premises environment to cloud and working in a hybrid environment.
• Experience of managing on-premises Exchange through migration to Exchange Online.
• Extensive experience managing Azure Tenants and M365 services.
• Developed comprehensive patching rings to ensure compliance with policy.
• Experience in delivering servers on either on-premises, hybrid cloud or cloud infrastructure.
• Experience of security tools for server estate
• Good understanding of infrastructure monitoring and how this supports good service performance and supports SOC's.
• Experience working to SLA/KPIs.
• Able to work collaboratively and sustain effective working relationships.
• A track record in supporting change and continuous improvement.
• Working in large scale, multi-site environments.

Candidates must be able to work on site in York for a minimum of 2 days Per Week
