INTERIM CFO- Private Equity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Senior Interim CFO to join a successful Private Equity backed Business to prepare and lead the business through an exit / sale transaction.

The CFO will report to the CEO and sit on the Board as part of the senior management team alongside the CEO, Chief Sales Officer, Chief Technology Officer and Wider Leadership Team.

The suitable candidate must have a minimum of five years' experience as a standalone CFO of a private equity-backed business; Substantial experience of M&A, acquisitions and/or exits; will have lead the finance function of a multi-national business and be used to working with external private equity and debt funders.

Experience of leading high performance teams and strong commercial and technical skills (ACA qualified) will be required for this opportunity. Industry sector not overly important on this assignment, but ideally someone from a small to mid-sized firm (Turnover £50 - £250 million).

A competitive day rate and a potential exit bonus are available. UK travel will be required in this role.
