Interim Facilities Manager - Education Client
Investigo are working with an Educational client in London to recruit for a Facilities Manager on an Interim basis.
- Manage the Hard and Soft FM services across 4 buildings
- Mobilise new contractors
- Manage existing contractors
- Maintain H&S of Estate
- Provide advice and support as and where required
- BIFM/WIFM membership
- Qualification in or significant experience of M&E services
- Previous experience managing an outsourced FM service
- Knowledge of statutory compliance
- Previous experience working for an educational client would be highly beneficial
- Enhanced DBS
