Interim FC

Looking to recruit an interim Financial Controller to join a successful and growing Oxfordshire based organisation. This is an exciting but complex business. Successful candidate will need solid all round finance experience as well as good staff management skills. It would be good to have worked in companies where you have had to re engineer or set up many of the accounting processes as this will also be required.

Role is inside IR35 and could be temp to perm role, or a 3-6 month interim contract while they recruit a permanent head.
